其实酒店是好的，但是不知道是分类了的。有些是家庭公寓类型，这种不安逸，不太像酒店。要住4星的主楼区域才好。吸取教训！

就服务设施而言还可以，但是酒店最重要的难道不是服务吗？这家酒店的前台真是让人刮目相看。奉劝各位千万不要到了前台再打开你的艺龙APP订房间，因为会遭遇那高傲的服务员的冷嘲热讽，故意刁难，非要让你等到10点再入住，再以房满为由，拒绝订单。我算是见识了小人物的耍大牌。好在值班经理还比较懂得顾客为尊。要把酒店做好，还是做好服务吧，不然挺丢酒店的脸，甚至影响顾客对金佛山的旅游感受。
