酒店本来还不错比较干净，配套设施都可以，久一点，服务太差，找他要床被子还问我为什么，要双拖鞋还要收10块钱，只是后来还是没收钱送过来了，连一般的快捷酒店的服务都比不上，顾客需要什么还需要告诉你为什么？送被子上来还老大不情愿，苦着脸像欠他钱一样，顾客是上帝的服务宗旨都没搞清楚！反正就是一句话差差差，从没这么差！

入住的时候服务员说：空调坏了正送修所以空调不可用，问：那既然空调不可用就不可以退订？回答是网上订的不可以退！打艺龙旅行网客服电话回答倒还是可以退。所以实际到店需要咨询具体情况而定。虽然最后还是没有退房
