初一家里有安排才选择这里入住。之前打电话问清楚了情况看了评价觉得不错才选择网上预付入住的，当时酒店人员没有跟我说任何优惠或者说酒店春节期间无法正常保证供需等。初一下午4点过到店被告知因锅炉坏了没有暖气……因是在线付给艺龙网的，酒店也没办法退款……而且酒店推的特价房200一晚，我在网上可是订的243呀！记得之前问酒店协议价都是248！这点真让我觉得很坑！好在酒店经理及时处理，以特惠价或者赠送晚餐二选一的方式让我选择。送的晚餐味道还是不错。放假早餐只有饺子汤圆和鸡蛋，服务还是可以，饺子味道不错。可能是放假造成的这些不爽，客观说酒店其他方面还是不错的，有可能还是会再选择！
