酒店算高大上，但赶上公考，前台办理入住退房速度特别慢，人员太少，耽误了一些时间。但送早餐，餐厅服务员很好，硬件设施也很满意。

房间比较小，进门的瓷砖踩上去咯吱咯吱响，屋里有烟味，做的房间在11楼，窗户不太好，风一大就晃动发出噪音，卫生间也比较小，最主要的就是，楼下就是厨房的排烟机，早上和晚上都会有噪音声还比较大，要是退房的时候人多就只能等啦

大楼中间是三部电梯，客房环绕一圈，楼道里都有地毯，很安静，房间隔音还可以，房间内也是地毯，隔音这方面还是满意的
