虽说是五星级酒店但和实际感觉不符。房间地毯很脏，卫生间异味比较大，还没有排风扇。房间所有垃圾桶都没有套塑料袋，感觉不是很卫生。客服打扫的也很马虎，地上的垃圾都没有清扫干净，完全与五星级这个档次不符。最不能容忍的是房间竟然不止一次看见蟑螂，床头柜有，书桌那边也有，真的体验很差！

国庆长假期间去琅琊山旅游第二次入住酒店，给我的体验完全没有第一次的感觉，况且游客也没爆棚，是不是因为管理松懈的原因导致了服务质量的下降？但愿这次是个例外。
