上午9点半到酒店，房间还未打扫完毕稍等了些时间，前台给升级到了行政大床房。房间中规中距，干净整洁，但是空调太不给力。

我们一家是去嗨皮岛游玩的，住在了恒远大酒店，酒店高大上，设施齐全，游泳池，有健身房，可谓一应俱全。房间很大，真的很宽敞。

早餐丰富，酒店内有室内外游泳池，一楼有更衣室，但是一定要戴泳帽才能游，个人觉得不舒服。还有乒乓球，羽毛球，台球，健身房，动感单车，高尔夫球场，有中餐厅，味道不错；西餐厅，不行，牛排个人感觉吃不来。
入住当天，帮我升级为大浴缸房，服务不错，前台的庞溪，王凯丽服务甜美。

性价比还是不错的，就是服务不太跟的上，刚入住去上厕所，卫生间门从里面关了就打不开了，幸好有家人在，打电话通知前台，前台说最好不要锁卫生间的门，锁有问题，马上派人来开，师傅过来后说门框变形好多房间都有这个问题。这个就不可以原谅了，明知道有这种隐患不及时修复，那最起码也应该尽到提醒义务，再不济在门上贴个提示也好，万一是一个人出差锁里面了如何是好？酒店难道就没有想过吗？

和朋友一起订的，她携程我同程，她免费升级送水果～我啥也没有，感觉不是很爽，房间浴室水龙头吱吱的响，水池和浴缸容易堵水，其他还可以。
