  帮客人预订的房间：客人对房间的设施、层高等，都非常满意。唯一的遗憾：客户因为带孩子入住，要了小童拖鞋等物品，在第二次送物品的时候，服务人员一句：这下都拿齐了吧，没有了吧。让客人无语。该情况是否属实，酒店方面如果有需要，可以核实查证。入住客人留有手机号码

  近二年住各类酒店最最最不好的体验感，先説优点，外观大气，装修豪华，价格实惠，早餐丰富，没了，其他都是缺点，先从入住开始説，我在携程已经付款了房费，办理入住时还要收按金，现在基本上没有酒店收按金了，有的华住会酒店都实行无查房退房了，先开始还纳闷，这个酒店非要收按金干嘛，好了，进了房间才知道，怪不得收按金，因为房间里什么都是付费使用，水两瓶免费，后面都是收费，服务员送也是收费，零食，饮料，茶叶，啥啥都收费，那你别放这些啊，特别离谱的，没有免费的刮胡刀，只有收费的，还有还有，点个外卖，没人送，机器人也没有，非要自己客人下去拿，给我感觉彷佛进入了10年前的宾馆，服务这么落后吗？一点好感没有，并且近期在装修，不间断吵吵闹闹，有点烦人。这也是最后一次住这家了，句句真言，亲测有效。
