  作为凯悦旗下的酒店，水准还是很稳定的。 酒店停车方便，前台服务热情，提前帮我们预留同楼层隔壁的房间，室内衞生乾净，很安静，房间隔音挺好，距离方特度假区只有10分钟路程，住的很满意!

  再次带家人入住凯悦，体验非常圆满。酒店对家庭的照顾无微不至，小童备品都提前贴心准备好。客房宽敞舒适，孩子们在窗边看城景兴奋不已。 特别感谢管家Krismile，他亲切专业，为我们提前进行了专业的服务，反馈房间温度高，客房服务人员也及时拿来了冷风机，下次还会过来玩

  五星好评是给宾客服务中心的yan， 提前加了微信帮忙安排房间和生日布置，全程都是贴心的。 要来説説设施的，虽然背靠凯悦集团也挂着凯悦招牌，但餐厅外包（味道尚可） ?；泳池外包 （ 更衣室没暖气，按摩池不按摩水温不友好，池子残损到划破我儿子的脚趾 ）；连悦趣营也要12:00才开始营业预约 ；公共区域供暖几乎没有，但房间里热到需要电风扇， 冰火两重天里切换，带老的带小的属实不推荐的。? 毕竟新年第一场全家出游，不扫兴不抱怨， 新年要快乐！

  来方特玩住这里很方便，酒店很大，停车免费??。宾客服务中心的yan小姐姐服务态度很好，可能因为淡季，酒店帮忙升级到了豪华大床房，非常惊喜！住着确实舒服很多，房型很宽敞，衞生间也很舒适，浴缸可以泡澡，唯一不太好的地方是淋浴间的门关不紧，平时可以加强检查维修。其他硬件设施都不错！二楼有泳池，可以锻链一下。晚上叫了特色的炒饭，room service直到23:59，这对夜猫子来説很友好..
