服务意识差评！
1、办理入住的前台姑娘挺冷漠的，完全谈不上服务意识，基本信息都是客人问一句她答一句，全程不见笑脸；
2、因为有小宝宝需要加床被子，打电话给客房中心回答房间柜子里有被子，但我发现没有被套之后再次询问，答曰被套另送，再追问是不是需要我自己动手套被子，客服答曰都可以。呵呵，没毛病
