该酒店管理有问题，我是8月7日晚上7点半办理入住，说是网上预订的，该服务员(忘记看名字了)说幸好预订了否则现在就没房间了，没有房间给我免费升级，第二天早办理退房发现该服务员把我当散吝办法入住，我真的无语，住了二十几年酒店第一次碰到这种怪事，进了房间发现写字台旁边没有椅子，问前台可以用沙发代替用，这如何用。该酒店是很老的四星，房间设施也老，酒店管理也不好，需加强整改。
