酒店位置不错，也是老四星的酒店了！但去前台入住，就要求让给好评，有点尴尬。房间装修时间应该有些年头了，虽然老旧，但卫生还是值得一夸。床品和星级有些差距，床偏硬。最后退房的时候还闹了个插曲，因为办事回去晚，三点到酒店要收半天的房费，这个有点难接受，协商半天，最终收了100元。但大家心里都搞得很不痛快

卫生间的淋浴没有花洒，还是以前老式的，用起来很不方便，早上出门让打扫卫生拖到下午回来也没打扫。早餐挺好的，挺丰富的。房间床是两张1.2米床拼一起的

住过这么多酒店了，慈溪杭州湾国际大酒店服务是最好的，特别是人性化管理从员工打扫卫生的还是前台经理总监公关部经理市场部经理对人热情，我住了5天不幸把腰扭伤，市场部经理用自己个人的车拉我去医院治疗，又去药店帮我买腰带和膏药，所以这个酒店在宁波慈溪员工对酒店就向个人的一样所以越来越好，谢谢同城旅游线的介绍。
