酒店服务超级好，妈妈走楼梯辛苦，全程都照顾周到，帮忙搬行李上房，还由三楼侧海景升级到一楼全海景！水果，咖啡，米线，雪柜自助bar 都是任取任食!
也没有什么时间限制，可能是淡季，弹性比较大！真的是一间很大方的民宿！其他景观，环境，清洁也是非常好????！离开的时候还送了礼物，来大理入住这间酒店是非常正确的选择！

停云海景度假酒店，一处让人心旷神怡的避世桃源。酒店坐拥洱海壮丽景色，每一间客房都是观赏美景的绝佳位置。清晨醒来，窗外便是波光粼粼的湖面，让人倍感宁静与美好。
民宿的服务团队非常专业且热情，我们到达酒店是中午，工作人员得知我们没有吃午饭。特意煮了两碗米线送到房间，味道非常地道美味。每天米线面条无限量供应，还有水果供应，以及晚安甜汤。早餐也非常丰富，各种炒菜有荤有素非常美味营养。
此外接待我们的是前台小李，她以其专业、热情且细致入微的服务，为我们的旅程增添了温馨与便捷。从预订确认到入住引导，再到离店时的告别，小李始终耐心解答问题，主动提供建议。
总之，大理洱海停云海景度假酒店不仅拥有迷人的自然风光，更有一流的服务和完善的设施，让人流连忘返。我非常推荐这家酒店，相信每一位入住的客人都能在这里找到属于自己的那份宁静与美好。

停云的位置真的是绝！周边的风景都美极了。除了位置，酒店的设施和服务也值得夸，真的很好，住过酒店的就能对比出来。还不得不提这家的早餐，真的非常好吃，还是自助餐，也是真的用心了。总之，非常推荐这家，绝对值得，下次还想来住。

Excellent service from the staff. The hotel provides unlimited beverages and ice creams and the breakfast buffet was really good. Super helpful staff who went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

种草停云很久了，今年终于成行。两点多到店马上安排了米线，前台小零食，冰箱的饮料啤酒，可爱多都免费拿取。工作人员都很热情，帮着把行李送到房间，介绍好吃的好玩的，房间直面洱海，很干净，马桶自动冲水，床睡着很舒服。酒店打滴滴很好打。前面就是生态廊道，每天都骑着电动车在廊道上溜达。退房还送了伴手礼，会再次入住停云。

Staff very friendly and the view from the room is so beautiful. Every night the staff will arrange dessert or soup to us. We feel warm and happy to stay here.

Hotel is right beside the lake and the bicycle lane/walkway. Very convenient to bike alongside the beautiful path. Hotel service was excellent.
