没有订到海景房，住的普通标间，干净整洁，装修精致，酒店的每一个角落都让人看到了用心，绝佳的观景平台，精美的花园和座椅，足以让你停下脚步。

首先说优点，地理位置优越就在洱海边上。风景不错！就是离火车站机场都比较远，在一个村子里面，然后附近在修路还是在修管道，入住酒店后想再出去玩有点不方便！重点要说的！就是酒店的服务真的是与房费不相符，我们是下午2:30到达的酒店，到酒店后前台居然说房间还没有收拾出来，而酒店客房介绍上说明的是，上午12点退房，下午2点入住！结果无赖只能等，酒店附近修路想出去也麻烦，行李也不能放房间只能干等！到了3点半又到前台问，说房间还没有收拾出来.！坐了几个小时的火车肚子已经是很饿，行李不能放房间，只能在酒店餐厅自费午餐！一直到下午5点多再三催促下，房间终于收拾出来了！浪费了整整三个小时！最奇葩的是前台说，因为中午保洁阿姨要吃饭所以收拾的晚！真是呵呵了，作为服务行业居然拿正常的生活作息来工作！收这么贵的房费不需要付出一点吗？然后后面更奇葩的是，早餐时间硬性规定早上8:30到9:30一个小时时间！游客想早点吃了出去玩也不行，想多睡一会迟点吃也不行！过时不候！国内国外住这么多酒店基本都是早上7:00到10:30！最后吐槽一下，洗手间真是小到转个身都会撞到！第一次住洱海边的经历真是糟糕！就这样吧，都是实话实说s
