比预想的要好，服务也很好，再到大理还会继续考虑入住。细节上和一些国际连锁酒店相比薄弱很多，胜在硬件很新。还有，酒店大堂实在太隐蔽了！

离机场和火车站近。酒店很新，开着空调吹风情况下装修味道还算比较轻。行政酒廊一直有人抽烟但没人管，神奇！原本以为行政房能晚点退房～总共只有两个行政房有入住，前台近12点40打电话问续不续住，不续住12点前必须退房否则半天收费啥啥的，特地又回电前台换人问还是说得蛮强势，后来勉强答应到1点还是2点退房忘了，反正原本是等着晚我们一天到的几个朋友再住4晚的，这服务水准帮我们迅速决定退房换酒店了

算是五星级的标准吧 硬件设施达标 整体服务态度还不错 行政酒廊的早餐和下午茶品种较少 不过每天晚上会送一些甜点到房间 连住了三晚 后面两晚住宿的房间卫生整理的一般 酒店没有备女生卫生用品及一些腹泻等常用药品

早餐还可以，自助的，酒店位置在半山腰，正门不好找，住了两晚，出租车司机都找不着正门，酒店应考虑搞放点清晰点的指示牌

酒店整体很大，三栋楼，行政豪华房的浴缸直接对着洱海，可以泡着看洱海全景，酒店新开业，很干净，有两个小问题希望能改善：1 酒店内部的指示牌可以再清晰一些 2. 电视里面的内置影院声音太小
