给父母和两个孩子出行定了大理国际酒店。无论是酒店的硬件设施还是服务水平都是非常高的。我女儿入住期间正好生日，酒店工作人员知晓后马上送来一个大蛋糕和水果，孩子们非常高兴。无论是客房服务还是餐饮部的服务都获得我父母和孩子们的高度好评！再次感谢酒店的工作人员让他们感受到了美丽大理的热情和好客。下次有机会一定还会再来。

酒店整体相当好！在大理绝对是第一流的。入住、吃饭……感觉相当不错。但遗憾的是第二天早上停电，没有人通知我，让我早上无法洗澡、洗漱！电话沟通竞回复、“无法解决”！做为一个五星级豪华酒店，竞没有应急预案！哪怕给我送个应急灯或蜡烛也行，真是让人哭笑不得！最可气的是退房时前台人员竞还问我住店感受！后虽然前台经理等出面协调，但感觉缺乏诚意！。
