给客房服务员赞，带父母和孩子一起去大理旅行，老人说房间床垫有点软，和她说过了以后马上给换了，住的几天态度也特别好，给老人指路特别热心，下次去大理还是会选择这里的。

已经多次入住了，周围的环境很方便，各种小吃，火锅，西餐，中餐，云南菜等等，都很方便就能找到，电影院可以多家选择，地处城中心离车站很近，交通极其方便，大型超市（沃尔玛），当地菜市场就在旁边，停车也很方便，店家还提供停车过夜卡，很赞！

位置比较好，靠近洱海，楼上可以直接看到漂亮的洱海，出行非常方便，楼下有5路、8路、23路等公交，去大理古城有直达公交车，离酒店后才发现把外套落在床上了，白色的外套和床单融为一体了??给前台美女打电话，很快帮我找到了。两天后我返程去前台取，衣服叠整齐打包在袋子里，上面还有我的名字和房间号，真的很细心，很感谢！
