没有热水啊，洗不成澡啊。房间如此，温泉中心更衣室也是如此，问了他们工作人员，说是这几天出了点小问题。也许是真的，也许过几天就好了，但是那时候我早走了呀。从住处12栋到入口，有1200米，建议开车过去。

房间卫生可以，但是浴巾看起来不是很新，用得太多也得换吧，另外这个价格可以住4星以上的酒店了，但洗手间的洗浴还是三合一的，牙刷梳子都是小宾馆用的档次，还有那天晚上没有热水！没有热水！没有热水！打电话去总台才告知水管在维修，要是洗澡要去另外的地方！问什么时侯修好，也不能确定。半夜修好了，早上又坏了！虽然我的房间自带泡池，但泡完也得洗净吧。出来玩花了钱看重的是服务和卫生，觉得没提前告知就是服务不到位。另外房间门也是坏的，不能反锁，订了两间都是这些问题，唉，失望。

非常好的酒店，温泉免费，温泉非常好，有的池子温度太高，比其他地方温泉好多了。酒店很大，出行耍用电瓶车，司机服务态度很好。
