这里来过三次了没见设备、卫生提高。今天泡完温泉回屋洗澡吓死人了正洗着玻璃门掉下来了幸亏我多的急时玻璃碎了，不知什么原因突然又停电一会又来电了，叫来服务员他们态度到是很好给我们换了房间。奔着洱源地热国名声来的可设备老化、卫生差、房间蚊子太多灯光黑暗花了不少银子但设备卫生不值这个价钱。希望房间设备、卫生要对的起消费者花的钱

房间一般，没有空调这段时间云南气温早晚较冷。有点不好。设施一般。主要有温泉所以选择这里！

携程定的449元的房间，床上还有虫在爬，墙角还有虫尸体，厕所洗手池和淋浴放了很久都没有热水，拿浴室毛巾时又爬出一只虫……洗烧水壶时倒出的水是粉色，空调不热。由于偶遇以上情况，此贵宾房的温泉我也不敢泡了。作为大理洱源政府支持的重要的旅游项目，卫生何在？望重视。谢谢。

可能因为是淡季去的，人不多。房间设施一般，服务还可，不算热情。因为里面很多温泉池装修，所以，温泉区域施工人员和车辆较多。
