名为5星，实际不到。房间够大，视野良好。但白天竟然没空调，打电话给前台，却说白天不开空调，晚上才开，白天如热只能配一空调扇。第二天上午出门后约11:30返回房间准备收拾东西退房时房卡竟然已失效，打不开房门，打电话让前台派人来开门，过了十多分钟也不见人来，还是自己下去前台解决。房间内wifi信号特别弱，忽有忽无。其实感觉大理的宾馆总体上性价比低，服务差，价高质低，要放低期望值。

好的地方：房间总还可以，定的海景房，旁边就是沃尔玛
不好的地方：马桶坏了，重点是，要点矿泉水也不肯给
总的服务态度还可以，希望意识和管理跟得上
