五星级酒店？跟酒店设施完全不匹配！办入住时门口连个帮拿行李的服务生都没有，房间里奶白色的沙发满是污渍，卫生间的花洒也是坏的，之前还有一次性拖鞋，熨斗什么的，可这次来什么都要跟房务要，希望能完善！
