房间有非常重的异味，非常非常非常重，闻了头晕（绝对不是因为高原反应，进房间之前头不晕），开窗通风一下午，仍然味道不轻。工作人员的解释也不统一，各种各样。解决方法就是开窗通风，喷空气清新剂，用一种味道盖过另一种味道。问他们之前有没有顾客反应过这个问题，他们说有。那为什么问题依然存在？最后睡了沙发，因为我那个房间的味道最重，不能忍。有一位工作人员在用心解释，给她点一个赞。总之，不推荐住在这里。非常心塞。

看海景佳，卫生间与淋浴间分开，送酸奶和水果等，开放的浴缸可以看海有特色，早餐品种较多。目前性价比高，虽离洱海有一段距离，值得一住。
