大理漫湾大酒店是大理名列前茅的五星级酒店，这次我们入住这个酒店，切身感受了五星级酒店的一流设备和优秀服务，免费的早餐品种丰富，口感上佳，工作人员十分敬业，随时随地为客人服务，甚至细微处也无可挑剔，住在这样的酒店让人觉得很舒适。
但是存在以下问题：该酒店在公共场所没有设置禁烟标志，抽烟的人不少，甚至一些外国客人也随便在餐厅里抽烟，并没有见到有工作人员劝阻。
