风花雪月这个酒店，真的名不副实！不是一般的差！空调等于没有，而且搞笑的就是晚上6点才开始供应空调！而且空调开了房间仍然能热死！特别逗！挺无语！各种厕所味，蚊子各种飞，明明有房，就给网络上定的安排特别差的房型，没有诚信和服务意识，住过这么多次酒店，从来没有给过差评，这次是真的很差，很差！真的很差，谁都别来，千万别来，谁来谁后悔！谁来谁上当！太差太差太差了！！！！太差了！太差了！从房间到服务，都很差！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

去大理之前在网上查询了很多酒店，风花雪月的点评不是最好的，但由于带着父母和孩子出行，租车自驾，停车方便地理位置优越吸引了我。入住以后，个人觉得很不错，早餐在可接受的范围内，服务人员也很热情。住了两晚家庭房，第二晚没送水果，再与酒店联系后，很快将酸奶和水果送到房间。
