从来没有住过这种五星级酒店，进门的前台服务就是不好。房间的引导线路不清楚。最可气的是好用找到房间了还取不出电，回去找到服务员吗？服务员还说格外有取电卡的，有取电卡不给我让我跑再一次，来会折腾完了，一点儿心情都没有了，躺到床上一看这花格上还是放着一只女人的袜子。这家五星酒店与实不符啊。

办理入住时，前提服务态度较好，但入住房间后，简直让我大失所望，卫生间的门下半部分都是掉的，闹钟坏的就不说老，电池里都长霉老，哎！在说早餐，我们9:10分左右去的，菜品很多都没有老，而且还是冷的，感受极差！

由于年代比较长，所以设施有些陈旧，早餐人太多菜品种类也不算多，光线感觉不好，有点像逛菜市场。不过价格还阔以！
