给父母定的，老人反馈情况很好，酒店内环境好，总台员工热情周到，还特意安排楼层较低安静的房间给二位老人，行李都是酒店的行李生帮忙运送。父母很满意。

来大理还是喜欢住这家酒店，这次来感觉服务员的服务意识比上次好多了，感觉这是一家管理很到位的酒店，遇到服务员都会向你主动问好。不错，强烈推荐。

酒店管理很差，前台就是一朵奇葩。退房时忘记带早餐券，打算重新找前台要一张，可人家说不行，非要逼你回房去找出来。房间很大股霉味，不晓得几百年没人住了，开着窗户都觉得呼吸难受。房间细节不如快捷酒店水平，服务水平只能是招待所标准，不说了，请我去住都没下次了。

酒店不错，早上起来躺床上看山，真的很爽。酒店很有特色，房间家俱较为考究，都是实木雕花的。酒店很安静，步行到古城15分钟就能到，挺方便的。

酒店文化特色深厚，经询问工作人员得知，酒店是沿用仿唐皇室风格装修的，难怪酒店叫人DALI ROYAL HOTEL(大理皇家酒店)。房间中式风很浓，设施齐全，值得一提的是，在酒店每个角落都有WIFI信号，餐厅也非常不错，早餐品种丰富，还可一边吃早餐，一边欣赏洱海晨曦!赞!
