酒店不错，早上起来躺床上看山，真的很爽。酒店很有特色，房间家俱较为考究，都是实木雕花的。酒店很安静，步行到古城15分钟就能到，挺方便的。

酒店文化特色深厚，经询问工作人员得知，酒店是沿用仿唐皇室风格装修的，难怪酒店叫人DALI ROYAL HOTEL(大理皇家酒店)。房间中式风很浓，设施齐全，值得一提的是，在酒店每个角落都有WIFI信号，餐厅也非常不错，早餐品种丰富，还可一边吃早餐，一边欣赏洱海晨曦!赞!

酒店环境和服务都很不错，绝对有五星水平，预定的山景房间好大很舒适，大观景窗，观景阳台正对着苍山，雾霭缭绕，风景很美，床品也很舒适，心情非常好。酒店服务很贴心，我一朋友身体不适高原反应酒店工作人员非常人性化，让我们延迟到两点退房。推荐

酒店就在苍山下，环境安静怡人，空气清新，酒店服务很周到，我入住是晚9点20分，我的家人想到大理古城欣赏下夜景，总台服务员很快帮忙联系了出租车几分钟就到酒店且收费合理。晚上一家人在古城里陪朋友在酒吧嗨，结果玩到凌晨1点，找了半天找不到出租车心想联系下酒店看看能否帮忙解决，结果10分钟后酒店派车来接我们，真感动啊，服务好，让人很温馨，以后来大理还会住这里!

酒店位置在大理古城西门马路对面的山坡上，从酒店到古城走下坡还比较快，回来我们都是坐的车，感觉稍微远了一点。酒店房间、餐厅都还不错。

离古城东大门挺近的，只是有个300米的大斜坡。酒店里硬件很好，工作人员更是nice，只是去的时候遇到罕见的大雪，热水供应有点紧张，总体来说还是很推荐
