疫情期间选择入住大连康莱德，一进门保安部测温看码，前台也很严谨，给我办理入住的是Ella，贴心的帮我升级到了海景房，景色非常好，随后她的同事还送我到电梯，入住期间不管是客房还是酒廊的员工都非常有礼貌，并没有因为入住率在服务上打折扣。退房的小姐姐lily注意到我们要乘火车，给我们准备了口罩还有消毒湿巾，让我们注意防护，这些细节都有感动到我，像家一样的大连康莱德，有机会还会回来的！

床很大，床垫太舒服了，前台小姐姐Lily 很贴心，问了句房间有没有浴缸，给我送来了一次性泡澡袋和浴盐。退房在前台要了瓶水，大堂小帅哥给我拿了瓶温的矿泉水，点赞！Tom小哥

房间空间大，保养还是算可以，员工普遍服务都很好，走在大堂都会点头问候，酒店安静舒适，早餐厅在顶层，人比较多，但是取餐空间又很局促，浪费了这么好的景色。整体还是很值得一住的。还有，酒店客房应该提供一下漱口水，自己跑腿买的
