前两年来这泡温泉，发现直接住酒店更方便，这次就住了，条件和服务都很好，客房到温泉有连廊，前台看我带孩子给升级了家庭房，管家Ella特别敬业，全程有跟踪服务，赠送水果，孩子的备品一应俱全，下次来金石滩还住这

冬日周末放松，鲁能温泉总是首选，硬件信赖，而更舒适的是一份亲切感的服务。mary一见就认出了老顾客，提前办理好入住，升级了房型，期间还询问需求，提供果盘。愉快的周末，满是温暖，返程也是期待下次再见。

我和孩子们一起去泡温泉游玩。外面的天气很冷，但一走进酒店大堂就感觉非常温暖。
LIA 女士真的非常亲切，为我们安排了适合带孩子、可以舒适休息的房间，需要的用品也都立刻帮我们送到。
因为是第一次来，对这里不太熟悉，她还给我们推荐了真斯坦附近的美食餐厅，让我们吃得非常满意。
在温泉里也能好好地放松、暖和身体，早餐也吃得很好。
真的是下次还想再来的地方。非常感谢！

We visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools.
One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

十年左右的设施，整体硬件没有毛病。客房服务非常到位，温泉选择很多，服务也很好。早上早起可以走几百米去海滩看日出

From check-in to check-out, our experience at the hotel was fantastic, largely thanks to Ella's attentive care. All the staff were consistently quick and friendly, making our trip even more memorable and enjoyable. The inclusion of hot spring tickets was a nice touch, and the condition of the room was excellent. I’d love to return with my parents on our next visit!

非常完美的一次旅行，再次感受到大连的美。
感谢前台的Brynn，服务态度超好超专业，入住期间麻烦了几次都很有耐心的帮忙解决，有问必答，下次还入住这个酒店。
太喜欢阳光好的时候的海滩，给人幸福的感觉，能常来这游玩就好了。
