位置在软件园 如果出差软件园很方便 设施太破 前台服务一般般 早餐还算可以 四百多一晚 不推荐… 地毯太脏 窗帘也脏… 经常住瑞吉 瑰丽酒店等 还是别体验了… 隔壁这家冷面店超级好吃 十几年了一点没变~

超乎预期的一次入住经历，在这个价位来看几乎没有什么缺点，酒店大厅略有设计感，让人比较舒适，入住送咖啡券，服务态度很好。房间干净整洁，设施工具一应俱全，所有的饮品茶叶水可乐全部免费，虽然不值什么钱，但是让人感到很舒服。干净整洁，窗明几净，设计也不错，还有个办公桌，厕所浴室干湿分离。退房入住的时候都很快捷，退房还送了一套明信片，是用心的服务型酒店。

服务：很差，尤其是房嫂，多要了两个纸杯就说之后就不单独给房间放了，沐浴露都快空瓶了也不知道换，白瞎这么好的位置了

房间分割成两部分，显得很狭小。卫生间有返味，告知前台时候，前台说以前没收到过这类投诉。over。 询问可否有无烟房，答覆全部是有烟房。床单有污渍。晚上给了一张新床单，早八点多服务员敲门，问什么事，服务员答：昨晚你说床单脏，我看看什么回事…
临走时前台表示了歉意，但服务确实让人不舒服。希望改进。

Great location for visiting the office. Not a tourist hotel. .
I recommend if you are coming for business trip near the university to avoid the morning traffic.
