没得説，桔子一直都很好，地理位置优越，在西安路商业街附近，去景点也方便。工作人员训练有素，响应迅速，前台赠送的小甜点和水果也很好吃。总之，这是一家非常出色的酒店，值得点赞！

酒店位置很好找，去哪里都很方便，服务态度很好！每天早上打扫的阿姨来收拾屋子还会特意问我们缺不缺什么要不要多放一点在房间里，喜欢这里！

Room was clean and spotless, staff were friendly. Breakfast varied everyday but not a lot of choices. Across the alley there’s a small supermarket that sells fruits, soda and snacks. The famous 星海广埸is a short DiDi ride. Don’t miss its amazing evening light laser shows from the bridge with music around 8:30pm. There’s a shopping mall close by, about 10minutes walk, called Peace Plaza 和平广场with many different restaurants. 海满满offers live seafood hotpot with reasonable price and 姐夫的小炒 has delicious dishes, good price and service.

总体体验感不错，主要是桔子地理位置很好，前台小姐姐办理速度也快，服务超级超级棒，我都想给六星了。随时随地都很贴心，还主动询问你需不需要帮助。在这里感受到了大连的热情。里面设备也很齐全，房间衞生也很乾净，整个人都能放松下来，床的舒适度也好，值得推荐这家酒店。

房间一般，网上订的房间，去到先问升级房间不，又让加了49升级房。今天12点退房，由于衣服洗了没干，下去烘乾衣服再上去发现门打不开了，下去被告知提前15分钟锁房门，客服重新帮我们弄得房卡才拿到自己的行李箱，看我们走的时候很不满，赶紧追出来拿了一包糖给我们，让我们升级房怪积极，一些事项不提前説。整体很无语
