入住体验非常差，餐厅服务人员态度非常拽，让我很生气，两个大人带着一个一米二的小孩去餐厅吃早餐，结果告诉我们小孩没得吃，还要另外买票。我们住这么贵的酒店送份早餐给小孩吃，又能怎样？小孩能吃几口能吃你多少？餐厅服务人员说你去火车站坐火车小孩也得买票！好，你们牛，你们说的有道理。小孩吃饭是应该买票！火车，我不能不坐，但是你们酒店我可以不用来了。本来去旅游就是为了开开心心的。结果被酒店气的生气了，也没心情玩了，就算你们有道理。但是让客人体验不好，让客人不爽，让客人生气了。这本身就是酒店的失败。这就是你们的不对，你觉得你们有道理，你们就成功了吗？客人是上帝，你让客人不爽了，你觉得客人还会住你们酒店吗？你们酒店跟火车站一样牛！！！

环境不错，离圣亚海洋世界很近，酒店大堂经理乔廷廷人很好，服务热情周到，很耐心的为我介绍了大连各旅游景点及路线，为我提供了比较多的可选性，在我发现订错房间的情况下，也很热情的带我看了海景房，并为我做了免费升级，让我体会到了大连人的热情好客，下次来大连还会选择星海假日酒店。

酒店位置很好 因为是带孩子去圣亚海洋世界 选择这里比较方便 楼下就是。设施有点陈旧 其他还好 房门松动 别的房间开关门 我的房间门也跟着震 响。比较吵闹。睡眠不好的我 住这里很麻烦额。服务很好。推荐。
