前台免费升级到行政房，赞一个！酒店靠近老虎滩和棒槌岛，出去游玩很方便。房间设施不错，很新，隔音效果很好，美中不足早餐样式太少。

很不错的五星级酒店，房间干净整洁，免费升级行政房！酒店的房间没有异味，周围环境比较安静，适合亲子出游和商务旅行！酒店人员服务态度不错！个人认为 酒店符合5星酒店的标准，是值得入住的酒店！

酒店一看就是高大上，不管服务还是硬件，到底老牌子，之前星海广场住的同价位酒店没法比。地理位置还不错，去市中心和老虎滩都不远，房间蛮大，朝着光秃秃的山，还挺安静。酒店对面有家庆香面馆，量足味道也好价格还便宜。
