设施：太老旧，损坏严重
浴室门是坏的，有一些个无序的粘钩在墙上，像谁随便粘的。设施比现在快捷酒店还要差，可能已经几十年了？
床大概是一两百的简易床，一翻身整个都在响。
窗户又旧又脏，并且15层的层高居然可以全开，纱窗都能打开，没有任何安全性可言，酒店感觉在这方面是有相关要求的吧。
家庭房不算小，但是里边设施简易至极，没有任何温馨感，大面积的墙面，连个穿衣镜都不装。
服务：前台中规中矩。客房服务送完东西我们説谢谢对方不理人，而且是因为白天收拾房间不给放地巾才让他们送的。
五一期间800多一晚可能怪我们图便宜活该遇到这样的环境吧哈哈哈哈第一天住进去就想退房走人的程度??

酒店的服务真的是一流！从预订酒店开始，工作人员就与我保持密切的沟通，解答我的各种疑问。入住时，前台工作人员热情地为我办理手续，还升级了我的房型，给了我一个大大的惊喜。在酒店期间，无论是餐厅的服务员还是客房服务人员，都非常热情周到，让我感受到了无微不至的关怀。这次的入住体验非常完美，下次还会选择这里！
