酒店该翻新了，太旧了！再就是，我朋友的施华洛世奇的耳钉放洗手台忘拿了，结果回酒店取，酒店说服务员当垃圾扔了！真好！棒棒哒！这种酒店不会再住了！！！

酒店位置优越，离地铁口商圈都特别近，几大商场步行四五百米就到了。
酒店干净卫生服务也好，特别是前台客服，服务态度好，去的比较晚免费升级房间。整体很满意。有机会去大连会再次考虑的。

离公交地铁站都近，商场超市附近也有，地理位置是第一眼看中的，酒店内设也挺好，舒适干净宽敞安静

其实并不是太推荐，虽然是挂牌的4星，但感觉这4星是走后门挂上的吧～
优点：地理位置好，距离西安路地铁站（1、2号的换乘站）走路大概5、6分钟；价格相对便宜（十一期间不到350一晚还含早餐）
缺点：房间很小，大概比快捷酒店大一点；设备保养差，硬件设施老旧可以理解，毕竟装修时间比较长，但保养确实有点差；床非常不舒服，没有乳胶只有很硬的弹簧（感觉是90年代的席梦思）；卫生间电源损坏无法使用吹风；下水道返味严重，进去辣眼睛=。=；马桶挨着淋浴，但淋浴没有门只有一个帘子，洗澡的时候水一定会洒到地上，导致马桶周围的地都是水，洗完澡再上厕所非常不方便。
