之前网友评价的淋浴忽冷忽热的问题并不像酒店回复的那样已经解决，依然是忽冷忽热的；另外，下水存在严重问题，早上起来洗个澡，花了半小时抢险救灾，几乎整个卫生间都被水淹了，退房时问前台为啥下水有问题不处理就让下个客人入住，前台只是回复不知道，然后没表示任何歉意，不能理解。

在大连海事大学地铁站旁，出行很方便。旁边有锦绣广场，对面有万达，购物、吃饭都很方便。办理好入住进到房间，饮料、干果、欢迎信函已放在茶几上，好暖心的服务啊！

酒店淋雨忽冷忽热根本没办法洗澡，解释说区域水压有问题入住的时候怎么不说，对住客也没有一点说法。除办理入住的前台人员外服务人员素质很差起码的微笑服务都做不到 地下停车场车辆乱停无人值守 近期住过最差的酒店了 没有之一
