酒店最满意的就是服务，尤其前台的Elsie小姐，非常的热情，看我带着两个小孩，就把房间升级了。虽然酒店装修很久了，但还是很干净的，非常满意

酒店位于友好广场显著标志玻璃球，附近有肯德基，银行，餐厅，超市。可以说是闹中取静，离中山广场步行只要5分钟，之前订房在犹豫希尔顿跟洲际，查了一下希尔顿的地理位置靠近东港，比较偏，那边人烟稀少，出去逛逛估计不是很方便。在网上订的普通房间，过来check in食堂，前台的cherey帮忙升级了高层行政房，从房间外面看的视角也很棒，可以看到劳动公园，电视塔，大连是三面环海，感觉房间的窗户看过去也是三面不同视角。

酒店有点年头，相对别的洲际来说，有点破了，硬件也不好，交通很方便，附近吃的地方很多，早餐的样式相对洲际来说有点少。
