酒店服务态度很一般，设施不错，价格很贵，加被子+筷子都要花钱，虽说酒店比较漂亮，房间比较高档，但是这个价钱，服务专业程度走势要提高上去的，这就是和南方发达国家和日本温泉酒店的差距。

卫浴设备太差了，淋浴水一会冷一会热，毛巾床品也都很一般，和这个价格完全不符合！服务还算贴心，健康晚餐不错！

房间够宽敞，大厅稍冷，暖气不太好用。去得时候大连零下9度，带有车库太给力了。卫生间味道太大，地面卫生可以。午饭和晚饭都是酒店解决，由于是周末送餐时间较长。院内两个泡池，大池水温34度左右，适合孩子玩耍。小池水温高，只能泡脚。风景优美，路程稍远。早饭吃的不好，没有暖气，早餐种类太少。

设施、服务都很好，比预期的还好，只是淋雨水流太小，而且忽冷忽热。还有就是酒店公共道路是花岗岩的，不是很平，穿高跟鞋的女士要小心别崴脚噢。另外，点餐很快，价格也不贵。
