酒店中规中矩，没有太多的特色。但是服务人员态度都不错。特别让我感动都是一楼早餐咖啡厅的全体服务员。因为和妈妈要去看病人，而病人当天早晨出了紧急情况，妈妈没有办法吃早饭就匆匆赶到医院。当时我定的双早房，餐厅知道后很通情达理的安排我打包，并已非常合理的方式处理了。而且服务员之间沟通非常及时和充分，没有出现一个知道另外的人不知道的情况，我问任何一个服务员，都知道我是那个交代要打包的客人。这点非常的好。这种服务才是五星级酒店应有的。谢谢你们。同时虽然早餐品种不多，但是打包过去的早餐（妈妈太辛苦最终还是没吃）却让病床上的已基本无法进食的病人吃了一些，她觉得很美味。在此提出表扬和感谢！
