没有五星级酒店的感觉、太次了，之前在网上预订交钱了，两点多办的入住，告诉我没房间，需要等，我就先登记，交的押金我说两个房间尽量埃的近一点，有老人，晚上七点多回来，告诉我没有一层的了，我急眼了，然后有了，我到两个房间一看，两个房间完全不一样，有一个房间床小的像儿童床，我又到前台又说这那的，给我换到了别的楼层，折腾到将近九点，对于一个过来带老人旅游的人说，简直无语了。

千万不要定公寓，在同程上订的公寓，与行政套房同样的价格，不在同一栋楼很不方便，房间拥挤压抑，没有浴缸，没有中央空调，窗机出风口有霉印。刚到房间不满意，前台说定的公寓不能换酒店房。总之住过最差的香格里拉。

酒店是标准五星酒店，从环境，卫生到服务都很不错，到店时服务员非常热情，一名叫张旭的服务员一直帮忙把行李拿到房间，给我们带来很好的入住体验，为他点赞。除了因为旅游旺季价格略高之外，其他都很满意!
