房间空间大，保养还是算可以，员工普遍服务都很好，走在大堂都会点头问候，酒店安静舒适，早餐厅在顶层，人比较多，但是取餐空间又很局促，浪费了这么好的景色。整体还是很值得一住的。还有，酒店客房应该提供一下漱口水，自己跑腿买的

看网评选的这家酒店，果然没有让我失望，大堂小帅哥查尔斯看到我有点难受，送给我了我姜茶，暖暖的很贴心，酒店防疫物资也很齐全，随时可以提供，方便，好评，以后会常来的！建议，酒店可以提供头绳，忘记带了，让前台帮忙找的

位置较好，景色不错，又比较安静。前台服务人员很nice。门童每次都会把出租车的车号记下来以备有物品遗失时联系，真的很贴心。

位置不错就在东港旁边去威尼斯水城很近，酒店服务人员态度很好，缺陷是早餐和下午茶实在不敢恭维，还有就是针对儿童设施配套欠缺，比如儿童马桶、儿童拖鞋和洗漱脚凳都没有，不适合带孩子入住
