入住第一天换了3个房间。第一次是房间很脏没打扫干净。地上有很多很明显的污迹，而且到处都是灰尘。第二间房，洗完澡准备睡觉发现厕所漏水了。换到第三间时，已经是凌晨1点了。
你的设施可以老旧，但是不可以肮脏。
除非必不得已，不然我不会浪费钱在这间酒店了

帮家长给朋友订的酒店，连订了两个晚上，结果第二天中午酒店就一直催着退房，说只订了一晚。联系了艺龙，艺龙跟酒店确认之后确实是两个晚上，应该是酒店预订部和前台之间的沟通问题。这期间酒店一直不停地催促退房，甚至把家长和朋友从房间赶出来！直到让前台联系艺龙提供的一个酒店预订部的工作人员，他们才发现是自己的错误，连句道歉都没有人就消失了。富丽华一直是大连老字号的五星酒店，难道真的是老了吗？服务竟然差到如此地步？在客人告知订了两晚酒店之后，第一措施难道不是应该先和预订部的人确认一下吗？盲目地催促驱赶客人，酒店就是这样培训的工作人员？非常差劲地一次体验，以后绝不会再考虑大连富丽华酒店。

非常不错的5星级酒店，从机场至酒店约15公里，世界名牌店就在酒店旁。中山广场步行5分钟即是。房间设施几乎可以说是很细致入微、早餐花样繁多，非常喜欢，价格也非常合理，下次还会入住。
