7月10日住的房间号810是套房，第一天定的标间询问了价格说是加1500含服务费升级成了套房，但最后结账时又说1500是不含服务费的，又加收了200多服务费，这让我心里很不舒服，明明一开始那个服务员说1300含服务费是1500，最后结账时又变卦，这不是欺骗消费者嘛。再说说服务，真的是一点都没感受到，7月10日第一天入住时感觉环境地理位置都不错，就又在网上追加定了一天，7月11日白天带孩子出去玩了，下午1点半回房间，发现竟然没有打扫卫生，本来想投诉的，但那时候孩子要睡午觉了，也就没再喊打扫。我真的很震惊，五星级酒店最基本的打扫服务都没有还收服务费。早上着急赶高铁，要不真的是要投诉的。

这是大连在各个订房网站评价最高的酒店，就在星海广场旁边，在这住的好处是位置优越，风景很棒。星海广场和星海公园逛一逛游览一下圣亚不错的。但是星海的沙滩不是一般的烂，石头，玻璃碴子，海带，很脏。而且周边饮食不方便，星海附近全是大门头，想吃地道大连海鲜或者日常家常饭特别不方便。还有就是一千五的房型没有早餐，想吃早餐198一位觉得很坑人。
