酒店很好，比较干净，离海滩很近，隔着马路就是傅家庄海滨浴场。
电视能播放的台很少。
早餐非常一般，面包吐司就一包，去晚了就没有了，其他菜太油。二十元一位不值！

优点：地理位置好（付家庄浴场斜对面，森林动物园门口随便哪路公交一站地就到），后面有家属区饭店、便利店都有；缺点：早餐非常不好（吃完的不再加，而且都是凉的），卫生间返臭味（建议店主尽快维修，否则谁也受不了）

在滨海中路和八一路路口，在付家庄公园斜对面，交通挺方便的。房间大约三十平，比经济酒店的家具要好一些，其他就感觉非常一般啦，早餐勉强，三百块钱一晚，性价比一般吧
