酒店打扫卫生服务员态度极差，临近退房时间正在收拾行李打算下楼退房，打扫房间服务员直接敲门不说话刷房卡要进来，我说里面有人对方还在拧门把手，幸亏有提前反锁。被告知房间有人后对方在门口大声念叨“还不退房、房间打扫不完”之类的话，事情发生前几分钟刚给酒店前台打过电话说即将下去退房因为当时临近两点钟，前台表示没问题。反而一个保洁这么大脾气，无论全球各地无论各大豪华酒店集团旗下酒店还是如家、全季这些连锁快捷酒店，都没见过这种事情发生。酒店服务应该是全方面的服务，虽然是一个保洁惹人不快也体现出酒店人员管理培训有问题，对此作为顾客只能说不会再选择这一家酒店了。

入住过两次，因为是之前喜来登后改造的，所以房屋设施很新，亮点在于洗手间够大，干湿分离，配有烘干架，浴缸还有小黄鸭很可爱。房间提供每日两瓶免费饮料，还有一茶一坐的茶包，比起其他豪华酒店算是贴心了。
