不满意的一次入住，到达酒店的时候和前台再三确认已经在携程支付过，但是前台坚持让我找携程退款，重复收取了房间费用，退房后和携程联系，酒店才在一周后把房费退还给我。
再说一下服务，到店后没有毛巾，打电话声称太忙忘记放了，酒店房间有蚊子，给前台打电话要蚊香，被告知酒店客房要早晨八点半之后上班，让我们坚持一下。试问，连最普通的快捷酒店都可以保证24小时提供客房服务，就这样的服务态度还声称自己是高端商务酒店？
如果开车去大连的朋友就更不要考虑了，酒店没有停车场，停车不方便。

这个酒店是我住过酒店里服务员的素质最差的一个酒店，我是4月29日入住的4月30日退房住的是406房间，我当时退房时在房间落了一个爱马仕的手包，退房时忘记拿走了，回家后想起来包包，结果打电话问询，说服务员没有捡到，还说是服务员都会打扫每个角落，我记得就拉在了客房的脚踏左右，酒店就根本不承认了，这还能称得上是5星酒店吗，这点儿拾金不昧的宗旨服务都没有，我简直都要气哭了，我是外地的，如果要是本地的我一定要追纠到底，我现在还要向这酒店上级领导讨个说法
