不像他们说的酒店挺好找的 设施是有点旧 不过还行能接受 就是退房时间不能延长 我们三点的飞机 想晚一点走 被告知最晚退房时间不能超过12:30 不是很人性化 以往住过的带星的不带星的还有民宿都能晚点退房 这点不是很好

整个别墅区，很喜欢，内部的装饰也是很喜欢的欧式床、衣柜什么的。就是进门就闻到厕所飘出来的臭味，真的特别臭，立马把厕所门给关上了。离俄罗斯风情街超级近，完美。

很喜欢酒店的调调。有故事，很洋气，装修过关。但房间太小，而且没有双床间。这都不是重点，重点是服务太差！房间、餐厅、前台服务都差，完全没有正规培训的感觉！问题出在酒店的管理团队！估计是铁路方面的非专业人士接手管理，酒店位置和硬件又超好，不愁没有客源，就掩盖了酒店管理的不专业。如果只是个三星级酒店就还行，五星级嘛，管理团队需要去重新充电！
