都很好，没得说。就是酒店生意太好，服务人员都很忙，很少会主动去帮助引导客人。停车很方便。入住比较麻烦，无论你什么时间去入住都需要等待两个小时左右，望改进

我带着朋友两家来大连就是冲着一方城堡酒店来的，果然不负期望，大家满意的不行，下山有礼宾部的电瓶车接送，房间人性化的延长到一点，对我们这些下午坐飞机返程的客人尤为可贵。
