非常窝心非常不愉快的一次经历。从网上预订了房间，预付的。到酒店给安排了一个很差的房间，床小，1.5米，房间很小，在一个角上，背阴，一进房间很冷。要求换个房间，前台说没有了。要求退房，不退。反正是房费已经预付了，爱咋咋地的架势。以后再也不会来了，其实大同好宾馆不少，没必要选择这种不诚信的。

四星级宾馆的体验度极差！烧水的水壶底有黄褐色的污垢，房间空调不能制热，洗澡的淋浴头很小而且洗澡水忽冷忽热，在最低温度0度的大同四星级宾馆里，我们连口热水都没喝上！早上退房的时候也毫无秩序，在我之后有一帮人退好几个房间，前台却先给他们办理了退房！都着急赶路，但也要有规矩！总之体验感极差！
