我看这是大同一家最好的酒店，服务人员朴实热心，细致周到，前台服务专业、餐厅出品和服务一样的好、客房部经理两次帮我调换枕头、销售部的小周在早歺厅接触客人，还具体帮我换双床房间…，都体现了细致入微。需改进的是地库停车和对公共场吸烟的管理问题。
