因为晚上9点的飞机所以加了半天的房费 说加半天房费的时候酒店没有通知几点退房 5点59的时候前台打电话通知6点退房 若有超时收取全天房费 因为提前不知所以什么都没收拾 很前台沟通半天延时收拾一下东西什么的 说了半天前台态度恶劣并告诉最晚6点10分到前台 从来没见过如此不通情达理的酒店服务人员 从房间到前台就要大约5分钟 你给我2.3分钟的收拾东西时间？？？从来不喜欢给别人差评 毕竟都不容易 住过很多酒店从来没见这样的服务态度 酒店的房间超级冷 酒店本也隔音效果差 而且酒店比较老 停个车都要收费 酒店的配置肯定是没有五星 选择贵一点的酒店不仅仅是因为它的环境更是因为它的服务 这个服务纯属花钱受气
